Warranty

• Every clock is assembled and tested before it ships, so it arrives ready to use.
• We cover manufacturing defects in the electronics and assembly. If your clock stops working properly due to a manufacturing fault, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
• The nixie tubes are vintage, new-old-stock components originally produced decades ago; like the tubes used by other nixie clock makers, they are not covered by a long-term warranty beyond the return window, but they are rated for very long service life and are easy to replace.
• Tubes sit in sockets rather than being soldered to the board, so you (or we) can swap a tube without any soldering skills.
• Not covered: damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or using a power supply other than the one supplied.
