Every Pulsar nixie clock is handmade to order in Dnipro, Ukraine.

• Production time: 1–3 business days after payment, before your order ships.
• Carrier: we ship via Ukrposhta (Ukraine's national postal operator) with a tracked international service.
• Delivery time: Ukrposhta's official estimate for EMS shipments to most countries is 10–14 days in transit. Delivery time depends on your country and customs processing, and can run longer for non-express service. You can check current typical transit times for your country on Ukrposhta's official page.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your clock ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
• Customs and import duties: the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the carrier or customs authority in the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected on or before delivery.
• Packaging: each clock is carefully packed in protective packaging so the glass tubes arrive safely.
