We want you to be happy with your Pulsar nixie clock. Our return policy matches the terms of our eBay store (100% positive feedback, 183+ items sold).

• Return window: 60 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: the clock must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
• Return shipping: the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refund: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit

We are fully responsible for ensuring your clock arrives undamaged. If your item is damaged during delivery:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include photos of the damaged packaging and the item.
3. We will arrange a replacement or a refund once the damaged clock is returned to us.
